Headwaters To Oceans (H2O) Conference
The California Shore and Beach Preservation Association (CSBPA), the California Coastal Coalition (CalCoast), the Southern California Wetlands Recovery Project and the Society of Wetland Scientists (Western Chapter) organized "Headwaters To Oceans (H2O) - Integrating Rivers, Wetlands, and Coastlines in an Urban Environment." Sessions covered a spectrum of coastal issues, including shoreline preservation, water quality and wetland acquisition and restoration. This was the largest, most comprehensive coastal conference we have held. SPONSORSHIPS AND EXHIBIT SPACES: More than 300 attendees participated in the program, so sponsorships and booths reached numerous individuals and organization principals. Sponsorships ranged from $1,000 to $5,000. The cost of a booth was $500 ($350 for NGOs). Sponsors were acknowledged in all conference communications, the event website, program, and signage.
